Yes, activate vsync in the nvida control panel. You can not turn it on ingame.

Replace your conf.ini's OpenGL section with the one I posted.

I'd strongly recommend to use the well known "perfect" settings posted here:

Some of the settings vpmedia posted here are not the best ones to have for contemporary Nvidia cards, just saying.

Forgot to mention that topic, but yes its useful, I used in the past. What I posted was just a quick correction of his ini.
