I noticed that if I record my track,  the red text of the recording appear at the bottom right and stay "over" the messages of the last action ... so that are not readable any more, is there a way to move the "record message" or the other messages in a way I can read them without one over the other ?

Doing some Bomber escort missions, and noticed no AC have contrails. Went into the FXevolution mod in the mods folder, and noticed that in the 3DO/Effects/Aircraft folder, the file CondensateTSPDeff is de activated with a "-". IIRC, this is responsible for the contrails. Why would it be de activated?

The core of the FXE Evolution effects mod (its based on Holy Grail & Potenzes Plutonium & GurnerFX) was originally made for 4.10 and later reworked by the Freemodding guys (Ice Eagle, CWatson iirc) for 4.12. But they did not consider that TD and a modder named Steppenwolf completely reworked the 4.12 effects and in fact some of TD's new effects were much better looking and way more fps friendly than the old ones. Hence some of the effect had to be deactivated to get the best performance. Feel free to reactivate and compare. Despite these problems I think the community did a great job on the effects, I really like them.

Thanks VP. If I understand you correctly, the de activated file is an older effect? Tried to activate it, and still no contrails. Actually, very very faint ones. I do have the white vapor from the wingtips, but no engine contrails at high altitude (over 7000m).

-CS jednotky
-Czechoslovaks-Alied_medals_pack
-Normandie Niemen briefings en francais
-Norway 1945-45 modded 2.1 (for UI,UP and HSFX)
etc.

I don't remember when these were installed. Better extract minus when to activate them?  Are these extra Dgen campaigns?

Not included, but we have 14 versions of that map already in the pack. :)
If you feel that you need more, you just have to add it yourself.
