I'll try doing a classfile check later and give you the doublon.txt file so you can give it a look.

Hi vpmedia, i have seen your thread "cockpit upgrade pack"; is that mod already included in your vpmodpack or i have to add it? If i have to add it where do you suggest to place it in the SAS folder (i mean the hierarchy within the folder)

After some tweaking around and removing two unnecessary aircraft (Grumman Goose and PT-17 Stearman), the game no longer has conflicts nor crashes. All is good! ;D Thanks VP!

I'm glad that I could help. :)

Its good to be aware of classfile conflicts, but sometimes the results of classcheck.exe are missleading because it makes you think that you got major problems, but not every conflict breaks your game. I usually look at whats happening during gameplay and if everything works as it worked in the past 10+ years than I consider the modpack ok. If you want to look into/compare classfiles there's a free util called Java decompiler, works from command line, you can find it by googling jad.exe.

All the mods/changes I ever made to the game are included in the vpmodpack.
In fact I made this modpack because I lost the track off all the changes and I basically had to publish my entire mods folder. :)

I have the VP Modpack installed and running.  I have noticed a problem in the FMB.  l have placed waypoints for the USS Essex CV9 on the Palau Map.  I then placed waypoints for a F4U-1D Corsair and when I try to set the takeoff or landing waypoints to this carrier I can't do it.  If I use the USS Princeton CVL 23 I can set the takeoff and landing waypoints to this carrier.  Any idea what the problem might be?  What should I be looking for in the log file to indicate the problem.

Thanks

I've built a test mission, I got no problems taking off from the Essex CV9.

I can place the Essex on a map and add waypoints.  When I save a mission and then load the mission and cycle through all of the views the Essex is not there.  This is the only ship that has a problem that I have noticed so far in the short time I have had it running.  Intrepid, Princeton and Belleau Wood have no problems.  What kind of error should I be looking for in te log file?

I have not added any mod ships or planes.

Hi VP I am having no luck trying to download your Poland 1939 at M4T (it keeps hanging) - any chance of a Mediafire link here?
