Ok guys i finally have the official presentation for our online group. Since we are growing constantly and new members from around the world are joining us, i've been asked (rightly so) to make a official presentation of our group with who we are, what we do, how and when:

Hi everyone
I'm enry711 and i'm one of the founders of a growing group online that loves Il-2 1946 and plays BAT Multiplayer regularly.
We love to fly together, have fun and generally enjoy, more and more each day, our beloved Il-2 BAT.
Our goal is to create a big, active worldwide community for Il-2 BAT and BAT Multiplayer!

In Multiplayer we mainly play the modules World at War (WAW - WW2 planes and early jets) and The Jet Age (JTW - Jets and props post-war).
We host both Cooperative and Dogfight missions; since we don't have a fixed server, the missions are hosted by everyone that wants to do so.
We cover all WWII teathers and also the Cold War, Korea and Vietnam War.
We fly together every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday at 21:00/9:00 PM GMT+1 and we use Hyperlobby.

Our group is founded and mainly composed of Italians but we are constantly growing in numbers and members from across the globe.
We have regularly some guys from US, Canada, Russia, Colombia and Brazil.
In our sessions, fun and "Severe emotional events" (also known as random take-off crashes or flat-spins) are common  ;D so the fun and games are guaranteed!

We have a Discord server to talk/play and know each other! Discord is an application (very similar to Teamspeak) that permits us to play and talk without any problems.
It's free and you can access our server with the invite below.
You can either install Discord on your PC or just open it on your Internet browser. Everyone is welcome to join!  8)

Just in case, I'll voice it. If you plan to play BAT online, do not install third-party aircraft mods that are not intended for 4.12.2.
This can cause inappropriate aircraft behavior, and even in-game controls.

Just to share my experience.
I played several times in coop (WAW) thanks to the kind invitation of enry711. So far so good, I did not notice any "abnormalities" in aircraft behaviour or elsewhere. Inspired, I began to try my own missions in coop mode in HL. I focused on non-stock aircraft and WAW and, again, no issues.
It would be interesting to see if and which C&C functions are playable online(Aimpoint probably works). If we can activate such things as CGI and radar/observer, it will enhance the gameplay considerably.

Greetings all

Our group stats are taken from the event log,

Since 4.2 the log has not been recording all the event as it has been dong in the past game versions.

Has anyone else found this to be so?

Hi  all! with a group of international friends we are trying to give a new  go to hiperlobby. We fly mainly ww2 coop on sundays and tuesdays 21.00  CET with BAT 4.2.2.  4 but also the jet age sometimes.
Anyone  is really welcome, we have a discord channel for comunications and  lately we managed to be 12 of us, but the group is evolving quite  quickly. Please think about it, this could be a good way to start flying  on line.  P.S. many of us fly DCS and Il2Bos also. It would be nice to make some videos too.

Thanks for this announcement. It's good to know there is one more server to fly on.

Just got back into this, forgot I had Hyperlobby even installed on my PC...

Though, not one server running BAT. Just joined up with a guy yesterday for a test run on a coop, worked fine for me.

Is there a server running that is not on Hyperlobby?

I suggest contacting guys who are on Discord. They posted links somewhere on the forum. There were at least two groups, as I remember.

Thanks,
Never used discord before.  First test run worked great with the guy that fired up BAT for me.

Though I haven't even seen people "IN CHAT" since that would be responding.

I feel like there REALLY needs to be a calendar posted on these forums if people are actually flying regularly.

I can turn on Hyperlobby any time I'm on my PC, and join something when I see it.  Just have no idea when anyone else at all... in the ENTIRE WORLD... will ever be on.
