1: No. Beyond Jet Age and all of mace's packs, no other mod aircraft have been installed. The only mods beside them are their required dependencies. However, I have discovered that all Jet Era aircraft wielding guided missiles are affected by this. The R-13 and AIM-9's of the Jet Era planes yield the same problem.

2: I have listed all items in the SAS folder except for MAPMODS, STD, XTD and Instantlog and CTO_Modact, as those are in every Modact install.

3: I attempted that before posting, to no effect.

4: The post is reply #23 on the second page of the "Iron Works T-Cats (ASW-Firebomber-ECM-AEW-Tanker-Attack-Recon-Director-Tug) + RP-54E Drone" thread in the "Twins" section. Mace mentioned a conflict with the SAS Engine Mod and one of the two weapons packs that would cause precisely the issue I'm describing.

Furthermore, upon testing testing a fresh new install containing only Slibenli's IL-2 Graphics Extenders, Jet Era and its dependencies, the source appears to be with the Engine mod as I got the exact same issue from that with the F-86K's AIM-9's. I should probably take this issue to the Engine Mod thread if that is in fact the case. Mod folder structure should look like this for your recreation.

Wait which version of the tigercat you have? 191212 or 190621?

Version 191212, with the ZOK_Common folder overwritten with contents from the Mission Makers ZOK_Common Folder.

Just a single comment, regarding the carrier flood lighting for night training. Supplying a fixed time of 2000 hrs to activate is not robust, because higher latitudes in summer can have the Sun setting even later than this. And in winter the Sun could be setting nearer to 1600 hrs. You want some degree of flexibility to handle all situations.

Better to also conduct a check on the Sun's angular altitude, as taken from Sun.class. For instance, you could provide a threshold of, say, -0.22, which I seem to recall as being the value controlling the period in which searchlights can activate. Or maybe you want to have the lighting come on in brighter twilight, such as a Sun elevation of -0.15. Or whatever suits best.

just one thing I noticed after adding your update: can it be that the LSO object only works for the carrier that is nearest to it? I have a stock training mission basically, where two carriers run parallel to each other; LSO object is placed on an island closer to the carrier running on the port side; the starbord running carrier is not recognized at all by the LSO object...
would it be possible to place the LSO object on the carrier itself? I did not check that in FMB as I am no mission making guru at all...

@ carrier deck illumination: I would not link the lighting to a certain time but to a key stroke; the mod I was referring too adds that option to the communications menu-in effect you can communicate with the carrier and request lighting, the light beam, or both...

Is the LSO mod compatible with HSFX (for online coop play)?
