Erafitti, I really like your work. But I came to you with something. I found a very good resource. It has many different 3D models.
Here is an example PzKpfw III - Panzer 3.
I know that drawing skins is very difficult. Therefore, I want to share with you the found resource. It would transform your models even more. And make your job easier. Thank you again for such hard work.

Thank you very much for your input and kind words.

Regarding what you indicate, I know some precise and detailed models (see image), but in the series that I have so "exaggeratedly called deluxe" I try to follow the IL2 standard for this class of vehicles.

  • That it has a reduced number of files.
  • That the .msh files do not exceed 3.000 polys count.
  • That the final model has a number of polygons as small as possible.
  • Use, if possible, a single texture of the lowest possible resolution (512x512) this makes it difficult to perform certain camouflages.

Everything to make its display on the screen acceptable.

Un saludo.

Alright erafitti, I just shared a resource with you. Skins are hard to draw. It is rarely difficult always. You are great at making new models of technology. Thank you very much. I always look forward to your new models. ;)

Deluxe serie.

The Schwerer Panzerspähwagen SdKfz 231 6 rad, was a six-wheeled armored car used by Germany during WWII.

Employed by reconnaissance units (Aufklärungs) in Poland, France and Russia (Operation Barbarossa).

BAT tested, includes detailed instructions for installation, LODs, collisions and shadows.

Hi erafitti, thank you so much for the recent additions - I particularly like the 'modular' PzkpwIIIs! Also, I had missed the original release of the Italian tankettes, so it was nice to install them, particularly as I am currently building a campaign based on the early desert war.

I wonder if you have any plans to improve the British tanks? I think they are below par, actually, especially the early ones.

Anyway, thanks for all your good work.

Yours,

Clive

I don't see "used in MTO"! An oversight most certainly!  :D
What a shame... Can we have a "desert" texture, please?  :-X   8)   ;)
