My current version of BAT is 3.2 where are the following ones ?

Can i upgrade my 3.2 version with that one ?

If you have IL-2 4.07, 4.08, 4.09, 4.10 (GOG) or 4.11, install the SAS Mega Patch first.

Steam users can get the vanilla 4.12.2 from the "Beta" section in Steam. Alternatively, you can downgrade your IL-2 with the Unpatcher.

Hi, new to this but it says here the GOG version is 4.10 and you have to install the Mega Patch first but when I download the GOG version it's actually at patch level 4.13.4m. So I guess you actually have to run the Unpatcher instead? Sorry if it's a dumb question.

Running the Unpatcher is correct, B.A.T. requires version 4.12.2
So having 4.13.4 you will need to downgrade in your case.

I try to implement Bat red core on my IL2 1946 V4.7. I install this version from the original DVD on the hard disk on my computer.
When I try to apply the SAS mega patch, during the extraction process; I got the following error message :
Extracting files to "Y:\IL2 Original V4.07 cd" folder
CRC failed in PaintSchemes\Skins\CW-21\CW-21 Chinese Camo - Generic.bmp
The file "???" header is corrupt.
I looked up in all the folders on my dvd, and could not find this file.
Where can I get it ?

Hello spad,

what you need is a clean installation: "4.07m (Original IL-2 1946 DVD release version)"!

Then you have to do this:

The #SAS folder is for you to personally add your own mods, and is its own module. You can choose it when launching with the IL2 Selector, if that's what you want to do.

If you count the entries in the "air.ini's" you have the exact number of aircrafts!

Hello,
I installed this pack clean (no other mods) and it is working fine so far except for the African campaigns. Neither Luft or Regia A. works. I get a beep when trying to generate the campaign, at all starting points I tried. Is WAW missing any maps for Tobruk, etc.? Thank you.

I have just got back into IL2 and have seen this (as well as the 4.12.2 mega patch) apologies if this is out of line, but would anyone be willing to send me the BAT downloads on disk or thumb drive as my connection is slow and it will take days to download all the files.
