     En corollaire du magnifique destroyer d'Asheshouse "Le Fantasque", voici cinq skins qui rappellent les étapes ultérieures de l'application des numéros d'identification sur la coque. J'ai légèrement éclairci la couleur de base car, parmi les quelques photos couleurs que j'ai reçues grâce à l'aide indispensable de Mick, elle me paraissait plus sur le gris clair .. vous trouverez alors un dossier de base avec tous les fichiers modifiés, un dossier avec les originaux par Asheshouse (pour une éventuelle refonte), et cinq dossiers ultérieurs avec datation ultérieure. De plus, pour ceux qui ont besoin de fichiers plus légers, il existe également un dossier avec les cinq fichiers de la coque en version 1024. Bonne chance!

As a corollary to Asheshouse's magnificent destroyer "Le Fantasque", here are five skins that recall the subsequent stages of applying identification numbers on the hull. I lightened the base color slightly because, from the few color photos that I received thanks to the indispensable help of Mick, it seemed to me more on light gray .. you will then find a base folder with all the modified files, a folder with the original ones of Asheshouse (for a possible rethinking), and five subsequent folders with subsequent dating. ... ship skins don't work like aircraft ones, you don't have a ships skins folder in the game, from which to pick the ones you fancy for this or that mission ... 

So what I do is put the new skins in a folder named whatever you like, inside the ship folder, and according to the period of war, I replace the default ones with one set of Stan's new ones, and back up the original ones ... 

Regarding the Fantasque skins, since the version Ashes released is the post Boston shipyards 1943 modernisation one (radar at the top of mast), those who are fussy about history should only use the skin with the black side and very small X101 markings ...

Pre war version is the one with the -10 markings, post 1940 version is the one with the big red X101 markings ...

I do the same, but make the alternate skins jgsme switchable via BATMODS. In fact, if you are willing to wait a bit, David, I'm putting together a BATMODS 'maritime pack' which includes a lot of stanislao's alternative skins (plus a few other useful goodies), so I could include the french skins in that.
