Stash Model Supplies and Chi Ha tank
« on: November 02, 2020, 01:55:45 AM »

Well,

As you may know, settling into a newly built house  ;)

It's a great location with excellent light and a good view

A lot of productivity now  :D

I am building 2 x Tamiya Chi Ha tanks and 1 Tamiya AB Phaeton car

Planning a dio a column along a Cherry blossom tree-lined road in Japan

Stash and model supplies

I am building all 3 models first then painting  8)

First Chi Ha tank  ;D a classic kit too

I'll paint 1 in typical Japanese camo and the other a dark green which I have seen for something different

on to the AB Phaeton shortly

Tamiya suggests the color on the box or white I will go for whit

My interests  ;D

RTAF Thailand aviation W W 2 to F-5 in 1/25 scale

Vietnam War aircraft and Air America in 1/48 scale

Pacific Theater, CBI, W W 2, and Korean War armor obviously in 1/35 scale

It is really my first build after decades of not modeling  ;D

I see a few imperfections I still have to lightly sand down  :P

The radio antenna or railing on the turret was a tricky part especially right in the middle there is some extra flash.

I didn't want to break it haha

Will drape a Japanese flag over it  :D

I have Mig Ammo  W W 2 Japanese early colors for the airbrush.

My airbrush is old school tool a glass bottle siphon type   ;D

Cheers

 Welcome back and interesting subjects.
I had no idea Toyota was around in WWII.

Keep us posted on progress, ok?
