Does this go in the campaign folder or the single missions one?  Before you fuss at me, remember I am old.  Just not sure about these anymore.

You will not believe this - I still can't figure out where the unzipped files go.  Maybe just a little more help?  Can you be a little more specific as it pertains to "single missions"?  Would I just unzip the files from your download into the single missions folder and then let it put the included files where they belong?  Sorry again.

Simply place the Rabaul 1943 Folder into Missions>Single>US
