I honestly can't recall. A few people credited on the skins, but who finished them is a bit of a mystery. Possibly from M4T 'Skins from the attic' or a collection that VPmedia put up there. All I know is that they're K-4's from Jg3. If anyone knows, please sing out. I've uploaded them here -

Nice effects in last pic, reshade4 perhaps, if so, which shaders are you using?

I was naughty with Paint.net on that one - zoom blur, photo glow and boosted saturation. 

I'm just about to take the plunge with the latest reshade, having used an old SweetFX version for years.

Damn! had to be to good to be true.

Before discovering the il2ge mod I was mucking about with Reshade4. It has some interesting effects like perfect perspective.

Try as I might - and believe me, I've tried - I can't get il2ge to work on my install. It's probably so simple that I'll kick myself when I get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, I'll give the latest reshade a good going over.
