You know,

Demanding more from modders is being greedy.. This is often why aircraft modders stop. It's a case of being grateful, if the Valiant makes a surprise visit then the celebrations will be through the roof.. But remember the Vulcan was the original request here, but Ranwers out of his heart for us, the community who is a family who love and pursue making IL2 1946 the magnificent simulator it is today surprised us with the Victor project.  ^-^

But demanding mods as well as pushing them doesn't do you or us any favours.. I know it sounds harsh but it's not intending to be so.  :-|

I don't think there is need to worry :) Many things get a little lost in translation. What one person reads as being very demanding is read by another person as encouragement, a compliment. What might look like a slap on the head in one angle turns out to be a pat on the back in another  ;)

I asked for a Vulcan because he is a beautiful bomber that I believe was missing in this game. Besides, it is the only bomber from the "V" family to be used in combat and probably the only one that appeared in the 1965 movie - James Bond "Thunderball".
Victor is a pleasant surprise and it's nice to be like a cistern.
However, I believe that the Valiant is not needed, it was a plane that had a very short service life and not very interesting shape.
Also, thank you very much for Vulcan and Victor.

The Valiant granted was the first of the V-Bombers and is often forgotten due to her short life from 55 to 65, however she does have the title of being the only British jet bomber to drop a live nuclear weapon.

Mind you she was of her own undoing in design due to the materials the used at the time. She was purely designed for high altitude work not low level ground attack, hence why the strain cracked their main wing spars..

Still a sad end but compared to the Victor and Vulcan they became workhorses and both were used in anger as we know with success.  :)

I only mentioned the valiant as a guess since the Victor was a surprise, maybe a valiant is also in the works, ya know, to complete the V-Bombers   :(

Sorry for any confusion, it wasn't supposed an added request, just a shot in the dark guess

(imgage)

Please stop, I can only get so excited!
What else is hiding in those workshops? A Nimrod? A Sea King? The other Fleet Air Arm jets? A rebuilt HMS Hermes / INS Viraat (R.I.P 1944-2021)?

Whatever may come, we all patiently look forward to it!
