Good morning everybody!

Here Im, as I presented our group, we are from Argentina and we continue working on IL-2 1946.

Our group evolved and now we add more and more pilots!!

The platform is:
+IL-2 Sturmovik 194 4.12
+BAT 4.1.1
+TOAS v2.5

At the beginning, our group was formed by pilots only from Comodoro Rivadavia, a souther city in Patagonia. Now we were adding some VIP  , from CDS and GAEV.

So, we continue working using different configurations, different type of missions, aircraft, vehicles, ships... all the situation. Day by day our better "brain" fixed every problem and we continue our training.

HERE I HAVE TO MAKE A POINT.

WE DO NOT EXPRESS A POLITICAL-GEOGRAFICAL-HISTORICAL OPINION ABOUT THE ACTUAL FACTS AND HISTORY. WE ONLY WANT TO HAVE FUN AND, RECREATE FICTIONALLY OUR ARGENTINIAN AIR FORCE AND ARGENTINIAN NAVY.

I know that the Core of SAS are from United Kindom and Europe, so... may be you can feel offended. BUT IT IS NOT (I repeat) IT IS NOT, OUR INTENTION.

So, what´s is the porpouse? To show you that the old IL-2 still kick asses, to show you that this is not over. And to show you that YOUR work still has to give more and more. To see that the BAT and IL-2 is still alive.

In this aspect, we know that this forum joins people from all around the World. So, this publication is for you too: The Forgotten Pilots.

Let´s start...

We are working on standarized procedures

Our goal is to fly in formation, self-protection, bombing, night-bombing, refuelling, carrier ops, coin, helicopter, nav,  EVERYTHING!

Using as a base our Argentinian Air Force at early ´80s, we have in our hangar these aircrafts:

IAI-DAGGER
MD - Mirage III
MD - Super Etendard
Douglas - A-4B/C Skyhawk
BAC Camberra
Lokheed KC-130 Hercules
FMA IA-58 Pucará
Aermacchi - MB326
Bell UH-1H

Keep on training... We are ahead a very important War in our country. That´s why we are going to recreate it day by day.

UPDATE:

We still work in our training. In this case, Air Assault with UH-1U..

But, it remembers us Vietnam Era... And this became with Music and Movies about that part of history!! Like Apocalipse NOW and his theme, Ride Of The Valkyries!

Hola Pablo! con un grupo hemos estado trabajando arduamente y hemos recreado la Batalla Aérea por la recuperación de las Islas Malvinas. Entre las misiones que realizamos, incluímos al Super Etendard con sus empleos del misil AM-39 Exocet. Lo cual aprendimos a utilizar y emplear en combate.
En el canal de Youtube de nuestro grupo podrás ver la evolución de la Batalla (aunque por falta de tiempo no hemos podido realizarla el día relativo a la Guerra real)
