Right. It's been a while. Good that you remind me Have to look at it again. It was so full of details that one consideration is not enough.

Flieger, FYI I was able to get Visualmod working in my BAT install, now I have refuel/rearm capabilities at my fingertips. Just follow the info at the link Matz gave you and give it a try. I had a bit of a tricky time making it play nice with Whistler's outstanding NG-HUD and NG-MAP mods, but I found a way and can let you know what I did if you'd like. Losing NG-HUD and NG-MAP would've been a show stopper for me so am quite happy this scheme is working.

Flaurez, thank you sounds good. I am just starting to load skins, missions and planes into my game. I asked a lot of questions and annoyed me and made a lot of mistakes. Gradually the darkness clears. Work with RedCore v4.1.3 / WaW and security updates. If it goes wrong, always have 86 Gb load time to try again. So far I have set gasoline to 'difficulties / limited fuel off'. Tip from toMoose. Not very realistic, but I can park the plane with it. I also think overnight. But I don't plan to build my own missions. The game and the forum are full of excellent offers. I'll need years to play. If that's what Matz is talking about, it's too early for me and now not necessary.
Thanks for your answer.

I like those words Flieger 'gradually the darkness clears'. That's been my experience too as a newcomer to this game. Total confusion, then put in an effort, search and read the forums, try some things and then try them again. If I stick to it eventually I seem to be able to figure things out. The reward - literally years of potential entertainment from all the available content.

Sorry, but do you mind letting me know how? That'd be really useful as i would love to land, repair rearm etc and take off than having infinite ammo and fuel. i saw someone making it work with NG but i cant it find anymore

Pretty sure this can't be the only way, or even the "correct" one but it's what worked for me after several attempts and failed experiments:

To make VisualMod work with NG-HUD: first delete the 'hud' folder inside VisualMOD/gui/game, then copy the hud folder from inside NG-Hud/gui/game and paste it into the same gui/game location in VisualMod where you just deleted the old one. Then make sure VisualMod loads before NG-HUD in your Mods folder.

To make it work with NG-Map: make sure NG-Map is loaded before VisualMod (no copying of files needed)

Here's what my #WAW3 folder looks like:

As you can see I'm also running NG-CAM without any conflicts, so I've got the entire NG 'Holy Trinity' operating successfully

Hope this works for you as well
