Droopsnoot nose and its mapping differs from others P-38s noses.The top part of the nose is wider than normal ones and to avoid stretches and distortions part of the texture wich was previously used for airbrakes was used, thats why skins for other types doesnt fit in this part.Picture below explain the difference.


PS. Looking at the picure of your Droopsnoot i dont knew why someone would put a supercharger texture on this part of the skin, it has its own texture area on the skin.

that's correct, this skin was put by mistake in the Droopsnoot folder, there are so many folders in the Paint-Schemes category, that it slipped into the wrong folder
