:)reReading Birdman's fix for the Ro37bis,

The nose take-off difficulties seem to be caused by an incorrect aerodynamic center position that causes the plane to nod.

You can test my fix for that by opening the hier.him in Ro37Bis\3do\Plane\Ro37bis and changing the Attaching line for [CF_D0], [CF_D1], [CF_D2], [CF_D3] from
Attaching Attaching 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0
to
Attaching Attaching 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 1 0 0

This moves the plane 1m forwards to fix the aerodynamic center position. Then the cockpit is not in correct place anymore, so you'll have to also open the hier.him in Ro37Bis\3do\Cockpit\Ro37bis and change the Attaching line for [CF] from

Attaching 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0
to
Attaching 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 1 0 0
This moves the cockpit back to original position with respect to the plane.

Works great for me... And you'll be able to take off nicely from the Hosho..

Sorry, wrong path lines now corrected...

The nose take-off difficulties seem to be caused by incorrect aerodynamic center position that causes the plane to nod.

You can test my fix for that by opening the hier.him in Nakajima_A1N2v1.0\3do\Plane\A1N2(multi1) and changing the Attaching line for [CF_D0], [CF_D1], [CF_D2], [CF_D3] from
Attaching Attaching 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0
to
Attaching Attaching 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 1 0 0

This moves the plane 1m forwards to fix the aerodynamic center position. Then the cockpit is not in correct place anymore, so you'll have to also open the hier.him in Nakajima_A1N2v1.0\3do\Cockpit\A1N2-P and change the Attaching line for [CF] from

I highly recommend making a copy of the original Hier.him files in order to reinstall them. To me the modification suggested by Leforban messed up the 3D model which was only horribly compressed horizontally ... I hope you will have more luck than me!   ;)

just download, save your original files and copy 3DO in your A1N2 folder and upgrade the 2 Hier files...

The plane doesn't nose over on take off anymore, but it did not go above 7kts on the take off roll. Pretty sure this is a me problem (modded mod), just FYI in case anyone else encounters it.

Give the hosho some speed, like 40km/h (it could go up to 25 knots) and off you go... The A1N2 is a slow climber and it's a quite a challenge to land on the little hosho deck... :P :P :P

Hello. I'm sorry, but the plane doesn't accelerate well, falls off the flight deck and explodes. The direction of the smoke from the nozzles at the start is also not correct. Sincerely.

:(    Precisely ! The fact is that 101tfs is exceptionally good at importing magnificent models from other Sims but this is not enough, to fly a plane you need an avionics expert, an instrumentation expert, a Java directory expert, an expert on shadows , an expert in textrues, that is a team work that unfortunately has been lacking lately ... I always hope for a new generation of enthusiasts to give support to us old patrons of our beloved Sim!   ;)

That seems to have done it, I was trying a land take off.
