Taking a look at where the pilot's head is in real life on a Me-262, I don't think we should change something that's spot-on to something that would be simply wrong.
Apart from that, what's wrong with using gunsightview to enter gunsight view? I mean... that's what it's there for, and after all (again, historically correct), the gunsight is not just considerably lower than the pilots default head position, but far to the right as well.

Nice video, it's just missing the gunsight. So if the pilot is well positioned it is the gunsight that is too low. I understand that it is on the right but the TIR allows access to it, but not enough downwards on the other hand.
If it's too important a job no problem I'll do with it.
On UP2 and HSFX I did not have this problem.

normal cruise/raised Head Position

combat/lowered Head Position (Gunsight view)

This worked without the luxury of a adjustable Seatposition.
Using celebral spines and muscles flexiblity. Only if you're an adult Human.

HSV/UP2 POV is the stock 1C, Cassie has the SAS upgraded raised Seats POVs.

Which is correct, easy, SAS/Cassie POV, recreating the lean forward effect.

Here is what you get with your beloved 1C POV.

The Kindergarten POV

Hi !
I  tried to fly the Curtiss CW 21 on the server today .
I noticed that it has a supercharger with 2 steps , and fuel mix settings from 80 % to   120 % .

What are the best fuel mix settings and supercharger settings for any altitude , please ?

Supercharger: See Infomod graph (Infomod can be found in the Cassie Downloads thread).
Fuel mix: What is "best"?
Best fuel efficiency is as low as possible without overheat and while you still have enough power to stay aloft.
Best power is as high as possible without causing your engine to create heavy exhaust smoke.

Just for the record, I'm not sitting here wasting my time :D
The AI Mistel code really got a little complex to cover all possible situations, but I think it reached a good state now.
Time to take care of the tiny little, often forgotten things.
For instance, the fact that our poor Mistel pilot always died when he decided to bail out on ground (which could have various reasons).
Now he survives that stunt, sliding down the Mistel's back:

Reminds me of when I was underneath a plane that was bailing out & one of the crew hit my plane. It then slid onto my cockpit, killing me lol

Matches real life expectance :D
Strange sidenote from the deepest darkest places of IL-2 netcode: Online you would have survived that hit. To be more precise: The crew member would have fallen through your airplane without colliding at all.
Which - of course - isn't the case in the next Ultrapack hotfix anymore.

Time for something completely different: Formation testing.
Some new formation types are illustrated here, and you can see how a 16-ship squadron (4x4 B-17 in combat box formation) survives several formation changes and a 90° turn:
