F-8 Photo Recon 'Old 97' IL-2 Video
« on: October 25, 2021, 05:47:15 PM »

Video I made over the weekend, just making it up.  I've had the idea for months, but was too lazy to put a script with it... turns out scripts are important.
Please enjoy and leave any feedback.  The more negative/spiteful/hateful the feedback the more I can grow as a person.  Thank you.

I made sure the tail codes for the A-4 and F-8 match CV-31 for the time frame.
"At San Quentin" was recorded Feb of 1969 and released in June.  This is set during August of 1969, purely fictional.
The playback doesn't like showing the animation for the refueling probe (among other things).
Towards the end I just wanted to finish this up, so that's why it's incoherent... more visuals than actual substance.

Hello my friend! I just saw the video in Youtube and I prefer to reply you here.

The music sounds good! The camera and film is nice, the action is the best! But there is a black gap, and then a shorter part landing. It looks like need to be finished?

I like how you broke the sound barrer!! hahahaha! I think you could destroy some MiGs on the ground!

Thank you.  I fired the director and editor I had hired for this video and personally fixed the problem.  I had thrown some clips I was using off to the side and since it is only 2 minutes long didn't see them.  I have learned an important lesson.  Also thank you for the kind words.
