AVG\14th air force campaign

I think a campaign focused around the AVG (flying tigers) or 14th air force in china would be really cool I don't know anything about creating campaigns but I decided to throw the idea out here

this is a) the wrong section (there is one for mission/campaign requests...) and b) the missions dealing with the Flying Tigers exist by the dozens....
