A mod to reduce landing permission requests for AI planes

Is there a mod that disables multiple serial requests for landing clearance by AI planes when the runway is already occupied, and making radio traffic more realistic? If it doesn't exist, would it be difficult to add such a mod for BAT?

Always keep calm and look twice, if not in first Post, browse an entire Thread, try and see if someone posted a fresh Link.
When all systems fail, ask in that Mod for someone to please reupload...

Much more annoying for me are the instances where my plane does not taxi off the strip in good time, and from there no other plane can land--EVER--because they keep being waved off by ground control. It's like some switch is tripped by my blocking the landing, but is never reset once the runway is clear.
