Hello!
I'm sorry for the stupid question, but is there is any add-on/mod for IL-1946 AI that brings AI aircrafts to the specs they had IRL?

As for now, it is not possible, for instance, to get away from Lagg-3 (AI) in BF109-F2, or to dive away in FW-190 from Spitfire (AI), as flatter doesn't affect AI planes, and as far as I know, stock IL1946 uses different FM for AI, therefore, making playing offline (with bots) almost not bearable, as you can't use the strengths of your machine. 

I've used BAT/SAS modpacks, seems like the issue affects them as well.
I have IL-2 BoS, but bots there are somewhat dumb. AFAIK DCS has decent AI, but lacks a looot of WWII planes.

I will be grateful for any suggestions and help, thank you in advance.

As far as I know, no. The separation between player and AI flight models has always been there, and unless there's a magician in our ranks willing to spend hundreds of hours rewriting the AI code from the ground up, that's the way it's going to say, sadly.

We do have the 4.13 AI, which balances the AI well, though. It can be found in 4.13.0/1/2/3/4m and UP3.3/3.4.

Thank you very much! Since BAT/VP Modpack were built for IL-2 4.12, I guess I didn't played IL-2 4.13, so haven't checked the new improvements to AI yet.
I'll hope those mods will be updated for a new patch, 4.13, and will give it a try.

How big is the difference between the AI in 4.12 and 4.13? I've been using BAT, but is it worth managing another version for the AI?

I'm not sure exactly, but the AI in UltraPack (uses 4.13 AI) has always seemed more balanced to me than the AI of any other game version. It may be because in UltraPack, player flight models are given slightly more gratuity, though. To check what the actual specific differences are, you'd have to look through the code.

Personally, I would use UltraPack over BAT for just this reason—the mountains of extra content and updated base game version is nice, but I rarely use any of it, and I only ever really "use" use IL-2 to play multiplayer. It all depends on personal preference, though. If you intend to play mainly singleplayer, then I'd definitely recommend BAT, as there's much, much more singleplayer content for it.
