Heavy aircraft brakes
« on: November 25, 2021, 08:56:13 PM »

Hi all !
I'm really enjoying BAT, it's a great and necessary ad-on to the original game. Though, I'm struggling with the heavy aircraft brakes (like the C-130, KC-135/AWACS/707, TU-95 etc.). The wheelbrakes don't seem to work very well (at all !). I can, on some plane, use the parachutes (not on Tu-95 if I recall) but the manoeuvres on the ground (if I managed to land first) are quite impossible :/
Is it just me or do you have the same problem? And do you have any solutions? ^^'

Have a nice day !

Have you tried it in latest BAT 4.2 or are you on an old version? ;)
It has been worked on with the last BAT EngineMod revisions. It was one of the bugs Mike found, about calculation of brake forces.

I'm with vampire~pilot on this one, i've noticed that braking works better on the newest version.
