This is not a request, I'm simply curious about this What If, so the question for the experts is. Would Il2 be capable of handling such a big gun? The author talks about a Sondergerät SG104 "Münchhausen"  German airborne recoillless 355.6 mm (14-inch) caliber gun mounted on a Dornier 217, designed to kill big ships in one shot. More info here.

I would luv to see it. the fun factor is there for these types of planes. I think it could be done someday.
