You say you can not make a mod. Actually, you did just make a mod. 😉  The remaining steps are to Zip up your file, upload it to a file service such as MediaFire, then post here with the download link.

You don't need to include anything other than the file or files you have altered.

If I can open the file, ...

Some "tga" files are sometimes in "Oleg" format and cannot be opened with some programs!
In this case you have to convert them. For that I advise you to use "ViewIMF" !
