Yeah i noticed that skinpack awhile ago, its a shame they didnt feature the markings
i do wonder if emel still makes one of those P-51 squadron skinpacks

Okay Alex,

Sgt Rock has made a 78th FG P-51 Skin Collection here:

Also on M4T is the Gamekeeper P-51 Collection.
In this collection is a folder by Chanklaus which has P-51 Skins for the 82nd FS
I know you desire skins for the entire group , but the jewel in the Chanklaus pack is the readme which details information
on all aircraft flown by the 78th including Sqdn Codes , Pilots , aircraft transfers , noseart , serials.
So you can make any skin you desire with a significant  amount of the research already done for you by Chanklaus.

GIMP is free and there are many tutorials in its use.
I use paint.net , another free application because it is simpler , like me.

Bottom line - whenever folks desire something that is not tickling the inspiration of other modders , there are two choices -
wait for someone to be inspired - it does happen , just probably not on your schedule - or get off the couch and start working yourself.

I believe you are at this fork in the road.
