I am not delaying the process, I am in a hurry.
 There are annoying misses on the map, and time is short.

So far, I have completed the southern part of Timor. This is Kupang area:

I have only 5 textures for the whole of Australia ( Textures for the city and airfields are excluded). Therefore, visually, I will be able to display the diverse Australian landscape in a very conditional way.
 I have so far refused  from the waterfalls and steps for the mountains

Lake Argyle will have to be buried. You are right, the beginning of its operation: 1971.

You've been absent for awhile.

The map is looking fantastic with your own distinct style.

Will the important airfields of Strauss, Livingston and Hughes be on this map?
These are the airfields the Aussie and American fighter squadrons operated from.

If you need any info on their layout I have good detailed maps of all Northern Territory WW2 airfields.

I knew that during the Pacific War, there were twenty airfields and airstrips within Darwin and the northern regions alone. Basically, they are located almost close to each other, on nearby roads:

For the initial period of the war (1942), I selected possible important airfields from this list:


There is potential for the development of this map. I plan to make a 1944-year version of the map. I have free space for 2.5 textures. And I already added the Truscott airfield there. I believe that the Strauss - Livingston - Hughes airfields node can be painted with new separate textures. I will level the relief for the airfield with a bulldozer. It remains to decide only on the place of construction and the scheme of this airfields-hub.
