Just found out about this one, I think it would fit in great for some of the what if stuff
Using a V-3420-23 engine, it could get close to 700km/h in level flight
It had 6 50 cals in the wings and 4 in the fuselage, and I've seen some sources talk about it carrying 2 500lb bombs.



There's one on display at the national USAF museum in Ohio



There are some stories about it being the result of a scheme to get GM out of being forced to build B29s
In the end the aircraft didn't get to even complete trials as the US decided to limit the number of aircraft types in production. The built aircraft were used to test engines later.
If anyone is interested in making this I wouldn't mind researching way deeper into it, although there is plenty of info on it
