... nothing to do with pilots, but since the stock Blenheim MkIV has got no stick, here is one made and adapted by Epervier (same stick as his Beaufighter's) ...  ;)

If you just replace the "plane" new 3D folder by 101tfs with this one, then you'll need the TEXTURES folder that is included ...

If you put it in your PILOTS RAF folder, then no need for the included TEXTURES folder, but you'll need the java class files + cockpit that come with this new 3D Defiant mod ...

Got all these working (not checked all but those i have look ok) but not getting any head movement? Ive added Barnesys MOD to #WAW3 but have i missed something? Also do these new textures now become the 'default' setting under the 'pilot' tab in the QMB?
BTW How do you get the desert pilots to show up??

PO_MAK-249RIP have a look in the Luftwaffe pilots and desert pilots. The head movement issue is an ongoing story. Depending on your set up, some will work others not.
Don't let FOMO get to you.
If your brave have a go at cut and pasting  the relevant files/folders in the heir.him.
