Aircraft variants

I’m just wondering for example you know the FW190 has so many variations in the game
Do they model the variants individually or just use a baseline 190 and just call it a specific variant?

In my game (409/UP2.01 - Bruno pack 190) I have 47 versions of FW-190 (+8 versions of Ta-152, but the 4 FW-190 prototypes are not installed) !
And I can assure you that they are customised!  :D

They modify the model to be correct for the variant they're making
They don't make them from scratch for every single variant
