Please search for a more clearer and high resolution schematics of the Ju-88 sans the ornamented fonts.

Don’t worry,    if any  serious 3D modder + coder is interested in the proposal they are normally clever enough to get some relevant images and/or blueprints. …. That is basically 3D modding 101. The issue is that loadouts mostly come with a fixed skin, (unless someone knows better  :-X ) so matching a nose to a given aircraft colour scheme would create problems. Matching all of the variants with all of the colours with all of the load-outs would generate huge list of options….. even then it would not be exhaustive.

Anyway the idea has been put out there, so we don’t need a chorus of +1 comments or “amateur hour “ suggestions guys.

Well, the idea was to have different rada options without creating a lot of slots. The ones that are just a bunch of sticks in the nose are esay, just painted in RLM 76 is ok. The rest could be the same, at least for me. The few images i have seen point in that way. Anyway, is just the idea of a fan without 3D skills.

It is probably easier and more effective to create a range of slots with each nose option using most of the same 3d but with individual Hier.him files for each nose variant . Depending on how the noses are mapped , the same range of skins could be used for all. The load outs would be common for all and the Radar antenna 3d is easy to implement.

IMHO that is the best way to achieve this ... all you need now is someone with the required 3d software who is willing to do this for you.  ;)

..................... Now .... that is a different issue ......  :-X

Yea, I know that, but dreaming is cheap.

The way to go would be to create one single slot with one hier.him containing all nose options.
Visibility of each option would be set in Java code depending on the selected loadouts.
That way you get noses by loadouts and the plane's skin applies to them.
Only limiting factor is the maximum number of nodes in hier.him (255).
