Hi all,
I need to umgrade my IL2 selector (on VP et YPack).
I did what it is explained for:unzip and paste folder and files in root folder.
But game doesn't start anymore.
I tried debug process, but start log is empty.
What to do?

I assume you are referring to Selector v4.0.2!
Did you change the game type in "Change Settings"?
However in the different game types I see no reference to VP and YPack games!
Try the "ModAct" type...

Yep, both VP and YPk use the #SAS folder for mods.

If the game deliberately refuses to launch and doesn't create any logfile, the last resort is to use the "Startup Debugger" as shown in the Selector release post.

You have to enter the "Change Settings" screen once at least and save the current settings.
As explained by Epervier and FL2070, choose "SAS Modact" as game type and save settings.

Yes.
I did it before asking for help.
"Stock game" is running.
"SAS mod act" : no (with any value for memory).

Well then: Reinstall from scratch.
Since the same thing works for "anyone minus 1" and you are "1", it must be something on your end and our crystal ball doesn't see through any further.

Ido'nt understand your reply (I'im french).
But I read "Reinstall".
You give me an idea.
I m going tio create a new blank "first VP mod pack"
Then upgrade selector and if and when it works, I 'll copy my full #SAS folder in it.

Done.
IL2 selector 4.01 works on a "clean'  VP install.
Not in my modded one.
