Chino Airport, California ~80s
« on: October 01, 2022, 07:05:20 PM »

Chino Airfield IATA: CNO, ICAO: KCNO, FAA LID: CNO
Sometime around the mid 80s.  This is a "mission", but more of a free ranging civilian airport.
I added my version of Planes of Fame, not at all accurate, but it gets the point across.  If you want to change things or move things around be my guest, I made it that way for you.

Enjoy!

That's awesome... I grew up in Mira Loma and would ride my bike to the airport. Not to mention the airshow every year that would fly over my house.

Absolutely stunning work.

The second screenshot instantly reminded me of my old RAAF base.

Very cool! Spent many hours at Chino. POF airshows, even spent some time at Aero Trader and the other war bird restoration shops back in the day when I worked on aircraft. Would be SUPER cool to have a version back when it was a Cal Aero training base, or post war when it was storage for all of the surplus WW2 aircraft. Still a great addition! Thanks!

G'day bananalitz

This is a mission file (airfield template), simply place in one of your single mission folders.
Map should already be included in B.A.T.

EDIT:   Can be copied and pasted to other missions.
