I've done a small test and it is the same problem, the culprit is this file 4B598398AD1D180C, it is inside the Full Throttle Smoke Mod Classes folder, part of WxTechEffects V1.5. If you remove it or add a hyphen in front of it, the problem is solved. But you won't get the smoke effect at full throttle, of course. I don't know if there is another collateral effect.

Hmmm. Might this be related to the overall Engine Mod? Perhaps not all aircraft motors are compatible? Just musing...

Well. What class is it?
The Engine in Engine Mod has nothing (or very little) to do with engine in the sense of being motor specific. It refers to "Game Engine". Th MS406 works fine with Engine Mod as is in BAT. This plane's code is rather straight forward anyway.

As I have pointed out, you must not put an external version of Engine Mod or files from there into BAT. The stand alone EM is not developed anymore and BAT has moved past it in several areas. Incompatibilities will become more frequent as time passes.
