Why does that antenna maker never thought some flyers could possibly hit it. Whose fault and what rules has to have is a
  question.

Thinking a tad further, one comes to ask who made planet earth that big (a smaller planet would result in the antenna being somewhat below the airplane), then who invented gravitation and finally, who modded the hitboxes of the antenna and the Chipmunk?
