The E, Part II. Attack, Repeat, Attack. A DBW Campaign

The E, Part II.  Attack, Repeat, Attack

This campaign was made with Il-2 1946, 4.10.1 #DBW.

I can't verify if this campaign will work with anything else (but I wouldn't count on it).

This is the second of a multi-part campaign series that covers the deployments of the carrier USS Enterprise (CV-6), from the beginning of
the War in the Pacific to the war's end.

The E, Part II.  Attack, Repeat, Attack tells the story of the carrier USS Enterprise from the Battle of Santa Cruz to the end of the Guadalcanal Campaign.

There are three separate campaigns, one for dive bombers, one for fighters, and one for torpedo bombers.  There are 4 missions in each.

In the dive bomber campaign, you will fly the SBD-3 Dauntless with Scouting Squadron Ten

In the fighter campaign, you will fly the F4F-4 Wildcat with Fighting Squadron Ten, "The Grim Reapers."

In the torpedo bomber campaign, you will fly the TBF-1 Avenger with Torpedo Squadron Ten.

Oh, Black Betty, bam ba lam...

In my campaigns, always start with the highest rank available.  You will thus have command of your squadron in the air in all missions, allowing you to order individual flights to attack specific targets.

And that wasn't no iceberg, neither...

There is usually a lot of air activity going on during these missions.  This is a little reminder that there is more to this war than just you.  Cycle through the cameras if you want to see what else is going on.

Gone fishin'

All missions have been made as historically accurate as possible, though due to map limitations, sometimes I had to get a little creative with the geography.

Beach Blanket Bingo!

Be sure to check out the readme included with this download.

This campaign was, again, made for Dark Blue World.  Apart from that, no other mods are needed.  This download comes with everything it needs to be played.

Skins were made by SgtRock, repetier71, R0nnc0, and some unknown authors.  Please let me know if you recognize someone's work.

Remember that this is for 4.10.1 #DBW.  Using it with anything else is at your own risk.

That download link, one more time: https://www.mediafire.com/file/shtj083psqlrbok/EnterpriseII.rar/file

Thanx for downloading.  I hope you enjoy.

Appreciate the warm greeting.  Sorry for the long delay in getting this campaign out there.
