A.I. ships
« on: January 10, 2023, 11:57:31 AM »

I have B.A.T.4.2.1 downloaded and all works and looks good. My problem is that when I have constructed a Sea based mission, some of the new ships like the heavy Japanese cruisers and BB's. along with there American counterparts fail to move upon mission start up. The other A.I. vessels move, just not these new additions. The way points are listed in the conf. files for all the ships but again, no response from these new add-ons. Any idea's or suggestion ?.  Thanks for your efforts gentlemen, well appreciated just stuck on this one........... Stepup47

I have B.A.T.4.2.1
Why not put the latest BAT version 4.2.2 hf4?
It might work better!  :-|

Thanks for the pm, stepup. However I have checked the ships you listed and they all move at mission startup with no problems, so it is difficult to help you.

I would do as Gabriel suggests and upgrade to the latest BAT, but I have to say I saw no problems with the older version either. The first step then would be to run your problem mission then take a look at the log afterwards.

Good day to you again Sir, well after reading some of the follow ups and advice, I think I might have had a download problem. Others that have the same version seem to have no problem with the ship way points moving as constructed to do. I will redux the process of adding the up grades and go from there. I want to thank you and the rest who took the time to help and try and solve this hick-up.Thanks again......Stepup47
