No, the specific lines within the ini files are meant!

In general, NEVER (only if you're absolutely sure what you're doing) replace the whole ini file with a ini file that comes with a mod!

EVER look for the content of the new one and then compare it with the content of your ini file. Sounds that is would take hours ...

But no, I do it in this way:
Take the title line (e.g. [buildings.House$CrimeaBarnStucco] etc) of the first entry "block" in the new one and search it in your ini file. Then take the last and do the same. Compare this blocks and also make a some spot tests with other entries.  Normally this works .... but not always. :D

When you get a 70%CTD you know you to go the hard way - comparing line for line. Then a text-compare SW can be helpful (google for a free DL like KMB Text compare.
Thank you very much my friend, I was a little confused about all the install, Thank you for taking the time to help me out. S~

Ok, now get this Gerax, I dropped the artillery, Soldier, and vehicle folders in my mod folder, didn't change any of the ini except add the lines for the dead mesh skins., and THEY ALL worked!!! Then I put the pack 1 folder in, and CTD 70%, as I said before i am using UP2.1, and I didn't change a thing, whats up with that?? I am totally confused now, but at least I have ALL the arty pieces and vehix, minus what is in pack 1, there is something there that ain't meshing up somewhere for me, but again thank you for being patient with me.

Hey George, I know that whats causing your 70% ctd, in simpler terms its most likely you have double of some of some thing you have in you mods, Just like Gerax said its probabily the tanks. Try to put a slash at the begining of the WFlyr folders one at a time stating with the tanks, then vehicles, each time starting the game, until it loads normally  to narrow down the problem.

Here is this mod re-packed by me with new winter textures as you saw on page 2!

WingFlyer, I fixed up your technics.ini entires a bit in this one. To be specific, 3 things, so if you guys will install this then use the new ini entires.

and please give some more info on the lines in the download; are these to be added to Technics.ini or do they replace the whole section 'Pure Artillery' and 'Germany'.

I´ve dl´ed and installed the packs with the exeption of this pack:

"WFlyr_pack%201.0.rar"

what does it contain? And is it also assembled in AIRdominations pack?

I think it's his old pack with tanks and the M3Lee
And no, it's not in the AIRdominations pack
