Unfortunately tis is in my opinion only for a offline key
my game was encrypted with a online key
the emisoft software offered me no solution

As stated by Emsisoft, the late 2022 / 2023 offline keys might not have been uploaded to their servers yet.
The only way to find out whether qarj is available is to periodically re-download Emsisoft Decryptor and run a scan with it.
Finally, don't pay.
If you can't wait, format your drive(s) and start from scratch.
