LAN Multiplayer WARP

Top of the day to y'all! I have 10 flight stations networked together on a LAN. I experience some odd stuff every once in a while like two white airplanes on a flyers map. But something that I've noticed recently is airplanes tend to WARP away or make stealth moves while in pursuit during play. Would this be because of network adapters on the PC's or the switch? I'm using the PC's onboard network adapters.

I don't know anything about this, but that almost sounds like lag for a player or server?
