Some of you may be having problems with the bomb racks.
There may be 'interference' between the Skua and Roc racks.
If you have this problem, reload the Roc archive. It has been modified so that the Roc has its own racks.

  • In memory of my beloved hero: Saburo SAKAI!

Hi Gabriel!

I was installing these planes into 412....but IIRC they can't be added into BAT because in it was missing the bomb release gear code?

Am I correct?

Hello Walter,

As you've known for many years, I'm a Rebel, not an Imperialist and certainly not a Batman.
Although for the past few months I've been tinkering with simple little fixes for BAT.
But for you I've tested these planes in BAT.
A few comments:
- the SKUA already exists in BAT! It works very well with the mobile ventral cradle! There is therefore no need to use the version presented in this post!
- The Botha and Roc do not use a ventral cradle! So ... I tested them in BAT and they work without needing to add the "01__Weapons_USA_GB" folders.

Only one thing I don't understand:
- with the Roc, if you navigate between the pilot positions (pilot... gunner... pilot), the bombs are dropped automatically. I don't know why!

For the Botha, don't forget to use the Bombing sight fix !  ;)

not confirmed here,
B.A.T. v4.2.2 Update + hotfix 4/clean
B.A.T. v4.2.2 Update + hotfix 4/heavilly customised WAW

The Roc is well prepped, laid out... loading just fine, controls, input, weapons, correct as
they should, nothing weird.

Best wishes

Thanks !
I think the cause of the problem in my BAT was that I had activated the "level stabiliser" at the start of the mission...  :-X
