An extremely good and extensive guide to setting up OpenTrack can be found here.
More geared towards IR LED setup, I still found it very useful for my Aruco head tracking setup.

I will keep this in mind (saved the link), but i do have my doubts.
As i said, i am allergic and have to use a handkerchief regularly, and that is still a problem with face recognition.  :-X
And most of the jitter was at the end of my 'sight', so completely turning left and right gave that problem.
But if my trackingclip ever stops functioning, i will try again.  :D
