It's been too long since I was last on here so I thought I'd come back with a literal boom and ask if there is an AIR-2 Genie missile made for the game yet? It was a 1.5 kiloton nuclear missile designed for bomber defense and haven't immediately seen it yet?

Yes.

Per WikiWebsPedia, although it was originally planned for the F-104 Starfighter and the F-102 Delta Dart, it was operationally carried in the F-89 Scorpion, F-101B Voodoo, and the F-106 Delta Dart.

In IL-2 BAT JTW these are the planes with it:
* Convair F-106A(Early) Delta Dart, 1960
* Convair F-106B Delta Dart, 1962

Ah fair enough. I haven't got BAT at the moment and I have trouble getting the later versions of engine mod to work properly...I find my AIM-9s crash the game. I have tried later jetwar packages and that didn't really solve it.

I find that BAT is the most stable platform.  All four modules [ DOF (WW1), TGA (Inter-WARs), WAW (WW2) and JTW (Post-War/Jet Age) ] work very well.  Plus you can choose to use the SAS MODACT or Stock up to 4.12.  No issues with AIM-9 in JTW.

That's just it. But unfortunately the sheer size of the download is what limits me. I've only got so much time and space for these things and my IL2 installation is still on XP simply because I find it the most compatible. I have a lot of sims going on as well, from Silent Hunter 3 to Flight sim 10. If I could run Hunter Classic on XP I would but there's no internet on that machine for obvious reasons. I'll end up getting BAT eventually though. As I understand it, I can still keep my old modact going but just select the BAT mod using the IL2 selector right?
