hit boxes-Collisions

Hallo Gents.
I have realized my mods using as collisions very simple shapes, Cylinders or cubes. 

I would like to make an "upgrade" and to realize hit boxes that have the same shape of the mesh who them belong.

I mean some like this:



So i need the way to realize them on 3d ( i use Blender) and the instructions to add the hit boxes on the mesh file.

Don't!!!!
This will increase dramatically the size of your exported msh files and the game engine will really not like this at all.
Believe me, I tried his in the past and went back to simple rough shapes.
