Hi/Mi-24 questions: hover and wingmen not firing

Hey!
Two super questions
1. can I make the Mi-24 hover?
2. the Mi-24 wingmen won't shot. I believe there was a similar issue with aircraft that didn't have guns. Is there a workaround for this?

PS: I got a memory issue at take-off again (the chopper would turn upside down as it took off), but as usual, restarted the computer. I'm really thinking of upgrading my computer.

I'm leaving all these symptoms of memory leaks because I want that if someone encounters them, they can solve them faster.
