As the title suggests, does anyone know where to find the skins or template for this plane? Thanks in advance

There is a Polish Blank Metal Skin on WT in the Skin Deposits.
With a lil fiddling it can go as a Blank.
Just get rid of the few Markings unrelated, the Mapping of that WT build is similar to
ours, so in order to rearrange not that nifty.
My advise is to work with Sknil or Meshdump to power up the accurancy.
You should end up with a Blank at least that can build the base for more fiddlings.

Dunno if someone wants to tackle that
