K-13 missile not working

In the BAT DOCS files , it is said that the K-13 was a copy of the the AIM-9 B , and that it works like this one .
The AIM-9 B works well , there is a sound in the cockpit when it is locked and ready to launch .

But for the K-13 there is no sound and it is never ready to launch  .
So , it works not like the AIM-9 B .
