Help with interrupted installation.!!

I was installing the BAT red core package last night. My PC was on sleep and the installation was underway via a USB drive"( I love to keep my mod in a drive )".
To my shock, my nephew just removed the drive and when I again started the computer, the setup was not there. It was gone. It was just about to be completed when this happened. What should I do now.?
Should I reinstall BAT mod so that it replaces all the corrupt files or should I completed uninstall and reinstall Il2 along with BAT mod.

Your help is utmost appreciated .!*(⁠◠⁠‿⁠◕⁠)

In all honesty, you'd be best to start over.
The chances of corruption is very possible.
Re instal over a vanilla v4.12..
