yes the more recent windows version (from win 7 onward I think) won't accept secdrv.sys preventing you to install on modern systems. You can try to install on a virtual drive with winxp or win98 system or see if you can find some crack. In any case if you really want I have all the BOE content available that you just need to copy over a IL-2 Forgotten Battle patched to 1.22. and the one for FB+Ace expansion pack. Complete install instructions in the readme

All of these 4 private Companies had easy ftp access back in time. I wondered myself.
This was for the Patching, Disc Owners, once you got the directory, you simply had access to the
stuff.

All these addons seem quite interesting... but are they still available ? They are old...

prices start at 3-5€
But read up individual Releases Receptions and Frankieks words wisely before
buying. i.e. prominent presentations of these Publications, Contents in Simming Community.

Some stuff I love, like the mentioned Pluswave stuff.




these are scripted Campaigns, you can convert into BAT.
Statics, air, weapons lines, Chiefs need to be adjusted.
If you know how to restore old Mission Files.

I can't even remember when I started.

Try explaining this game to a 20-30 something now.  They have no idea.

Got super into it flying on "Skies of Valor" server!....

... anyone remember anyone from there?  Skinner, Lee, Phantom, Tank?  And this crazy Canadian guy that was always drunk, swore too much, and got Banned, Squanch?.
