The elusive Thailand Map

Welp, I've searched and searched but I can not locate the Thailand map. Can someone provide me a link (or a place on the forum) to locate it please?

I downloaded it and installed it in BAT.

Can open the map, but can not save any mission, because these 5 objects are missing :

buildings.Plate$MuddyGroundRunway
buildings.Plate$MuddyGroundRunwayEnd

Any idea where I can find them ???

Can anybody give the whole _Tex folder addition to this map, please?
I tried to install into Il2 1.22 SAS 530, but no succes.
Same at BAT 4.22 hotfix 4 ..
Or what are the complete  necessary files for this map.
