How to add custom nations/airforces to Il-2?

Like the Subject says: Im looking for a way to add custom nations/airforces to Il-2, but Im not sure how to go about it.  Does anybody know how?

It is about adding new countries in IL2 BAT, and it seems a bit complex and potentially risky (!!!).
By the way, in BAT there are lots of countries already installed. Maybe the one you are looking for is already available.
